Please note that by being a member of Blarney United it is assumed that…

·        The club has permission to bring your child to a hospital or doctor in case of emergency.

·        You give permission for your child to receive medical treatment either by way of first aid or by way of a qualified person or by a Doctor at the hospital or at a suitable location.

·        You agree that you / your child may be photographed for use on the club’s website or similar promotional purposes (E.G. press, newsletters, etc). Obviously, only “appropriate” photos (in keeping with the FAI’s Child Welfare policies) will be used.
