Mar 2011- Blarney Academy take part in the St Patricks Day Parade

St Patrick's day was a lively day in Blarney with local groups marching in the annual St Patrick's Day parade through the historical village of Blarney. The event was well supported by local community groups including Blarney United and their academy, some of whom marched in the parade. They were cheered on by thousands of people who lined the route and a great day was had by all.
