August 2009: International Tournament

The annual visit from our friends in Wolstone Rovers (near Warrington in the UK), took place at the end of August. Blarney hosted the annual International Tournament to honour their visit and we enjoyed the company of Carrigaline, Springfield Ramblers, Avondale and Ballincollig with the Tournament. Unfortunately, neither Blarney nor Wolstone progressed to the semi final stage and instead, attention was switched to thawing and drying out in the Castle Hotel, Blarney, where a fabulous night was had by all of the lads.
