FAI SUMMER SOCCER SCHOOL IN BLARNEY

JULY 14-18

For the 5th consecutive year, Blarney United will host an FAI Summer Soccer School in O'Shea Park. Cost is €99 per child. One change this year is that there will be no "walk -ons" permitted. So my advise is to book early since the club will be unable to add extra children once the camp is full. The only method for booking is via the FAI website www.fai.ie or via the call centre on 1890-653653.

Sat, Oct 8th 2005: Blarney's U12s hosted Skibereen in the 2nd round of the National. Blarney had had a buy in the first round. Jason O'Keeffe was Blarney's star of the day by providing all of the goals. Jason's first came from an overhead kick inside the box which gave the keeper little chance. His 2nd came from a Jordan cross which Jason dispatched with his left foot down to the keeper's right. Blarney went through to the second round with a comfortable 2-0 victory.
