How to Get to Club Grounds in the Cork Area

Afton Villa, Killeady
From Cork City: Take the main Cork to Bandon Road (N71) from Cork. After passing under the Viaduct continue until you reach a roundabout (Halfway Roundabout) where you turn right for Halfway. Immediately after the roundabout you cross a bridge and come to a T junction with an old concrete pillar box on the corner. Turn left (following the signpost for Crossbarry). Just before you get into Killeady you will come to a 90 degree right bend over a bridge. Some of the stone wall is painted with yellow and black stripes. Just after this there is a right hand turn with Barrett's Bar on the corner. Directly opposite this there is an entrance to a gravel car park. On the back right corner of the car park there is a gate to the dressing rooms and pitches.

From Bandon: Take the main Bandon to Cork road (N71) from Bandon. Coming out of Innishannon (on the Cork side) there is a climbing / slow lane. Where this lane ends, outside Webb's caravans, turn left. Immediately after this turn the road forks. Take the right fork. Follow this road until you come to a T junction. Turn right and continue until you come to a narrow bridge with stone walls painted yellow and black. Immediately after this turn right into a gravel car park. On the back right corner of the car park there is a gate to the dressing rooms and pitches.

Albert Rovers Douglas Community School 

The best directions would be to go to the roundabout in the centre of Douglas village (next to Douglas shopping centre and Select Garage) and head towards town. Take the first left after the the AIB. Go down to the end of the estate, turn left into the school and the pitch is at the back of the school.

Ardfield

From Clonakilty - 2nd left after Pike Bar (Signposted), approx 1.5 to (walled) left turn, .5 miles to pitch on left
From Rosscarbery - 5th right from Rosscarbery (Signposted), approx 1.5 to (walled) left turn, .5 miles to pitch on left

Ardmanning Celtic Killeady

From Cork City: Take the main Cork to Bandon Road (N71) from Cork. After passing under the Viaduct continue until you reach a roundabout (Halfway Roundabout) where you turn right for Halfway. Ard-Na-Laoi, Leemount Cross 

From Cork, go out past Victoria Cross and the Carrigrohane Straight and turn right for Coachford at the end of the straight. Carry on until you get to the Anglers Rest pub. The pitch is on the left about 50yards after the pub.

Aubane Rovers Millstreet Community School

From Cork City: Head for Ballincollig and onto Macroom. Go through Macroom and when you go over the bridge about a mile outside there is a road to the right for Millstreet. When you arrive in Millstreet there is a T Junction turn left. Go to the top of the hill and there is a church on the left hand side go past this about 200 yards and the school is on your right hand side

Avondale United
Avondale Park, Carrigaline - Seniors Pitch: Take the South Ring Road (N25) from the Kinsale Road roundabout, heading toward the Jack Lynch Tunnel. Take the Carrigaline exit. You'll come upon a large roundabout with a signposted exit for Ringaskiddy. Take a left at the roundabout. After about 1/4 mile you'll see a sign on your right hand side for Fern Hill golf club. Take the turn toward the golf club. About 300m passed the golf club, you'll come to the entrance of Avondale Park on your right hand side. See map for details.
Beaumont Park, Blackrock - Schoolboys Pitch: Heading from the Kinsale Road roundabout heading towards the Jack Lynch tunnel, take the Douglas Village exit. Carry on through the lights at the bottom of the off - ramp onto the Well Road, heading towards Blackrock. After 2 large roundabouts the Well Road runs into Skehard Road. Just after the second roundabout, you'll see a green area on your left. Take a left, you'll reach a T junction. Take a right and then a quick left onto Woodvale Road. The entrance to the Beaumont school is at the top of this road. The pitch is in the Council park at the back of Beaumont school. See Map for details.
Ballincollig FC Regional Park & The Farm Regional Park
From Cork City: Travel to the West of the town until you get to the roundabout next to SuperValu/L&N. Take the road to Coachford/Dripsey/Inniscarra. Regional Park is on the right hand side after the Gael Scoil before you go over the bridge. See Map for details.
The Farm: Located at the end of the Curraheen Road, Bishopstown. From Model Farm Rd, turn left down Melbourne Rd, past the IDA on your right and Bishopstown Community School on your left. Carry on straight to the lights at the very end of the road and turn right. Go straight all the way passing Centra on your right and a Church on your left. Keep going down the hill and the grounds are on your right before you get to the bridge.
Ballinhassig Gortnaclough, Ballinhassig
From Cork City: Take the main Cork to Bandon Road (N71) from Cork. After passing under the Viaduct continue until you reach a roundabout (Halfway Roundabout) where you turn right for Halfway. Immediately after the roundabout you cross a bridge and come to a T junction with an old concrete pillar box on the corner. Turn left (following the signpost for Crossbarry.) Drive along this road until you come to a sharp left bend. Immediately after the bend turn right at a signpost for Barry O'Hallrahan's Fitted Furniture. Drive up this hill for about 1 mile. You will come to a fork in the road with a farmyard on the right. Take the left fork. Around the next left bend the entrance for the ground is immediately on the left.

From Bandon: Take the main Bandon to Cork road (N71) from Bandon. Coming out of Innishannon (on the Cork side) there is a climbing / slow lane. Where this lane ends, outside Webb's caravans, turn left. Immediately after this turn the road forks. Take the right fork. Follow this road until you come to a T junction where you must turn left or right. This is Crossbarry. Turn right. Follow this road until you come to a bridge with the walls panted black and yellow. Turn left past Barretts Bar. The road immediately forks. Take the right fork (giving way to traffic coming from the left). Follow this road for just over a mile until you come to the first crossroads. On the left there will be a house with a concrete "railing" held up by concrete pillars (painted a distinctive Salmon colour at time of writing this in Oct 2001). Turn right here. Follow this road approx. a half mile. After a 90 degree left bend there are 3 houses on the right side of the road followed by the entrance.

Ballintotis Churchtown, Midleton

Ballydehob
Drive through the main street of the village of Ballydehob in the Schull Direction. At the top of the village take the only Right available at the Corner of Vincent Coughlan's Bar and The Woodcock Bar. Stay on this Road for approx. 1.5 miles, Do not take any turn off left or right and the pitch is on the right hand side.
Ballyphehane Celtic Crossbarry

Ballyvolane Hillington Park

First of all the pitch is about 8 miles from Blackpool, and is kind of in the middle of nowhere. Go right through Blackpool and head for Dublin Hill. Go past Dublin Hill and keep going straight. When you pass the Black Man pub you must take the road to the right (you must veer off from the main road). Keep going straight on, until you come to a crossroads. There will be a big garage opposite you. You must turn right here. From here on, you will be heading into the countryside. Stay on the main road for the next few miles. You will pass True Temper factory on your left. Keep on the main road until you see a road going off to the right. This road just veers off again from the main road, you will recognise it as there is a telephone pole standing on the grass patch between the two roads (THIS IS ROUGHLY 4 MILES FROM THE CROSSROADS). Once you take this road, you carry on straight again for the next couple of miles, You do not come off the main road. you will enter a neighbourhood watch area, there will be a sign indicating this. You will see a large white house on your right, the pitch is just after this house(30-40 yards). There is a gate to the pitch, drive slowly after the house in case you miss this. To summarize, after you turn right at the crossroads, you will only come off the main road once. This is about 4 miles after the crossroads and you take the road to the right. You will know the road by the telephone pole (I'm pretty sure this is the only right hand side road you can take on the way, but I could be wrong). Its straight on all the way then.

Bandon Town Park  

Entering Bandon from the main Cork-Bandon road, follow the road into Bandon until you come to a T-junction (at the Methodist Church). Turn right here and cross over the bridge. Follow the road to the left off the bridge and then take the next right. Continue on this road for approx a half mile. Town Park, dressing rooms and car park will be on the left.

Bantry Bay Rovers

From Bantry head for Ballylicky, Glengarriff. At Ballylicky bridge turn right for Cork, Kealkill, Macroom. Stay on the main road. After passing over Pearson Bridge the pitch is about 1/2 mile on your left. If you get as far as the graveyard you must go back 100 yards. From Dunmanway direction On the square in Dunmanway turn left in front of the Arch Bar for Kealkill. Go straight through Kealkill village till you get as far as the grave yard. The pitch is 100 yards past it on the right.

Barrack Rovers, Killowen

Bellmount Rovers, Crookstown  

Take the N22 through Ballincollig, heading to Macroom, just after Farnanes take a left @ the signpost for Crookstown, this will bring you straight into Crookstown, you pass a Grotto on your right, just after the Grotto you will come across the ' Cornerstone Bar' on your left, to go to pitch, go straight on for about 100 yards on your right, to go to the dressing rooms, take a left @ the 'Cornerstone bar', about 200 yards up this road you have dressing rooms in the local community hall.

Blackpool Celtic Kilcully

Blackstone Rovers Monard  

Get onto the new Mallow Road. Pass the new Blackpool Shopping Centre, continue past the Commons Inn. Take the Killeens exit. Go right at the top of the exit and take the next right across the flyover toward the old Sunset Ridge Hotel. Take a left at the Sunset Ridge Hotel. Continue along this road for a little less than half a mile. You'll see a yellow house and Blarney Oil depot on the right. The entrance to the Monard pitch is directly opposite the yellow house. The dressing rooms will be on your left and there are two pitches in front. Blackstone's pitch is the one on the right. See Map for further information.

Blarney Street Athletic, Monard  

Get onto the new Mallow Road. Pass the new Blackpool Shopping Centre, continue past the Commons Inn. Take the left off the dual carriageway before the flyover. Go right at the top and take the next right across the flyover. Take a left at the Sunset Ridge Hotel and continue 400mtrs and it is on your left.

Blarney Utd FC
O'Shea Park, Riverview, Tower: Go through Blarney and head towards Tower. Go past Credit Union and boys school (on your right). Road goes quite windy and then straightens out. Go over the Shournagh Bridge (flat stone bridge with a right hand turn up to Donoughmore). Just after the bridge  you'll see a road sign on your left welcoming you to Tower village. About 100yds past the road sign take the left into Riverview estate. Go down to the end of the estate. Pitches on left. Clubhouse on right. See Map for further information.
Monard: Get onto the new Mallow Road. Pass the new Blackpool Shopping Centre, continue past the Commons Inn. Take the Killeens exit. Go right at the top of the exit and take the next right across the flyover toward the old Sunset Ridge Hotel. Take a left at the Sunset Ridge Hotel. Continue along this road for a little less than half a mile. You'll see a yellow house and Blarney Oil depot on the right. The entrance to the Monard pitch is directly opposite the yellow house. The dressing rooms will be on your left and there are two pitches in front. Blarney's is the right - hand pitch.  See Map for further information.
Coursing Pitch: Travelling out of Cork along the new Mallow Road take the Blarney exit. Carry on through the roundabout. You'll have the nature reserve and public walkway on on your left. At next left you'll see an gated entrance into the Coursing Pitch. This s one of Blarney United's training facilities. See Map for further information.

Brooklodge Utd 

Glanmire Community College

In Riverstown turn right as you come from Glanmire by Supervalu and pitch is in the School about 1 mile up road.

Bohemians AFC 
Holly Hill Ground
Bunratty United

Drive through Schull and follow the main road for Mizen Head for half a mile. Turn left for Schull Town Park. Pitch 100 meters on left.

Buttevant, Abbey View

From Cork, continue along the main street, until you come to a junction (signposted for Kanturk). Take a left. Proceed for about 100yds until you come to the first right (with the old schoolhouse surgery on the corner). Take the right onto New Street. Buttevant AFC Sports Complex is approx 30m up on your left hand side. 

Carrigaline United 

Ballea Park. From the Kinsale Road Roundabout, head East along the South Ring Road (toward the Jack Lynch Tunnel). Take the Carrigaline exit and follow the signs for Carrigaline. Before you enter the town you will come upon a distinctive roundabout with some silver / chrome artwork in the centre of the roundabout and the Carrigaline Court Hotel on the right - hand corner. Turn right at this roundabout. The Carrigaline pitches and club house are approx 1/2 mile out this road on your left hand side. See Map for further information.

 

Carrigaline Rugby Ground. From Carrigaline: Take the Carrigaline to Cork road, pass the Shannon Park roundabout, pass the Maxol station on the right. Then take the right hand turn at the end of Carrs hill go 600 yards and turn right again at bend, another 600 yards and turn sharp left, a half mile further on take the next right turn and the entrance to the pitch is just up at the top of the road.

Alternatively: From Douglas Halls Pitch Moneygourney: Go south one mile take the first left and the entrance to the pitch is just up at the top of the road. Note that as of 31/1/08, ALL schoolboy matches will be played in the Rugby Ground until the end of the season.

 

Carrigaline Utd - Shanbally

From Cork City: Head out towards the Airport. Turn left ((North). At the airport roundabout, take a left onto the South Ring Rd

Go through 1 roundabout (Staying on N28 heading towards Ringaskiddy). Head for Ringaskiddy Ferry Port and take right at roundabout in Shanbally village. After 1/2 mile turn in to the slip road to your right on dangerous bend. This should be Marian Terrace.

Carrigtwohill United

 

Ballyadam Park

Coming from Cork towards Midleton on the N25, pull off at the first exit for Carrigtwohill (also the Cobh exit). At the top of the slip road take a left at the T junction. Go to the roundabout and take the Carrigtwohill exit. Drive on for about a mile until you come into Carrigtwohill village. Pass the Costcutters in the centre of the village and go on about 100 meters and you'll see a Texaco garage on your left. Take the left just before the garage (1st left after the Costcutters). Travel out that road for about a mile. You'll initially be going past housing estates on left and right. Then the road narrows as you are going out the country. About a mile out you'll see an abandoned cottage on your right and the pitch, which has a sign on it saying "soccer pitch" is immediately after on your right.

Slattey Park

Coming from Cork City take the main Cork Waterford road. Take the slip road for Carrigtwohill come up to the roundabout and take the exit for Cobh. Just before you come to the first bridge Millpore is on the left hand side take the side road that you use for Millpore. Ignore the entrance for Millpore about 100 yards after this entrance is the entrance to Slatty Park.

Casement Celtic, Casement Park & Ballyphehane Park
Casement Park: Coming from Patrick Street Head for Washington Street out the Western Road. You then come to Victoria Cross stay to the right for the Straight Road On the left hand side of this road you will pass the County hall , Motorworld and Coca Cola then there is a rugby pitch , then a GAA pitch and then Casement Park.
Ballyphehane Park
From Patrick Street Turn up Washington St. Take a left onto Southmain street pass Beamish and Crawford stay to the left go our the Southgate bridge. You will come to a Y in the road stay left and go up Evergreen Street. Again you will come to another Y in the road stay left this time heading up the hill. You will then come onto Friars Walk head straight out this road. you will come to a set of traffic lights at the cross roads of Deerpark go through this and straight on about half a mile you will come onto Ballyphehane Park. The entrance is on Tory Top Road so turn left at the Grotto and the entrance is 50 yards on your left. 
From East Cork using the link road go under the Jack Lynch tunnel head for the Airport roundabout. Take the Kinsale Road exit heading for Musgrave Park Rugby Ground. First you will have Woodies DIY , then CMP Dairies go through the traffic lights (when Green of course) Musgrave park is on your left and Turners Cross Motors on your Right. go about 200 yards and there is a AIB Bank on your left turn left here and go up Tory Top Road. You will come to a small round about go straight on and the entrance is about 50 yards on your right.
Castlebridge Celtic

Castle bridge Celtic is a team form through the twinning of Castlelyons and Bridesbridge, These villages are about 2 miles to the East of Rathcormac in North Cork. There are a number of ways of getting into the villages via Fermoy or Rathcormac. These directions tell you how to get there from Cork via the motorway:

Going north on the M8 (Cork to Dublin motorway). At junction 16 exit, take the R639 for Rathcormac. Take 2nd left at the roundabout heading for Rathcorrmac. About 2 miles on twoards Rathcormac take a slight right onto R628. Stay on this road for about 4km and then take a left towards (signposted 1km to Bridgesbridge, 2km for Castlelyons). As you come into Bridesbridge you will pass over a stone wall bridge over the river. Over the bridge you'll see a small post box in the wall and an entrance to Castlebridge Celtic's pitch immediately after it on the right. Take that entrance along a stone driveway up to the pitch. Just passed the entrance to Castlebridge Celtic's ground is an abandoned shop (Barry's and pub) and then a small stone church. If you've gone passed these then you've gone too far.

Castleview, O'Sullivan Park 

Coming from Patrick Street Go over the Christy Ring Bridge turn left and head up John Street heading for the famous North Cathedral Church. Go through the Traffic lights here and about 50 yards up Cathedral Road there is a Cross road turn right. There is a set of traffic lights at the end of Fair Hill head straight through these lights and up Fair Hill. At the top of Fair Hill you will have a T Junction, Telecom is on the right turn LEFT About 100 yards You then have a turning off to the right take this and you then have a sharp right into an Industrial Park. There is a security barrier here follow the road and you will com to O Sullivan Park on the right hand side. Temple Utd. ground is next to this and you also have Central Rovers ground here also. Celtic Utd, Killavullen & Castletownroche

Celtic Utd are based in Castletownroche which is a village on the main Mallow to Fermoy road. See map here. If coming from Mallow you enter the village and at the Church take the left turn do not continue right into the village. The pitch is approximately 2 miles further on this road. If coming from Fermoy you will enter the village up a steep hill continue through village until you are faced with the church. Do not go left, which is the main road to Mallow but turn right.

Central Rovers,  O'Sullivan Park

Coming from Patrick Street Go over the Christy Ring Bridge turn left and head up John Street heading for the famous North Cathedral Church. Go through the Traffic lights here and about 50 yards up Cathedral Road there is a Cross road turn right. There is a set of traffic lights at the end of Fair Hill head straight through these lights and up Fair Hill. At the top of Fair Hill you will have a T Junction, Telecom is on the right turn LEFT About 100 yards You then have a turning off to the right take this and you then have a sharp right into an Industrial Park. There is a security barrier here follow the road and you will com to O'Sullivan Park on the right hand side.

Churchview Celtic, Fairfield
From mallow : Take the main mallow road to the cross roads at the Blackpool shopping centre .Turn right at the cross roads continue up the hill until you come to Farranree church take a right at the church , pass one round about and 100 yards ahead is the Fairfield. 
From city side : take the new road from Christy Ring bridge [near the opera house} as far as the Blackpool shopping centre take a left at the cross roads near the shopping centre and follow directions above.
Churchvilla, Kilboy, Cloyne
From Cork: Take the main Cork to Waterford N25 road to the roundabout at Midleton. Take a right at roundabout for Whitegate. After about 500 metres take the 2nd left (signposted for the Balinacurra Rd). After 50 metres take 1st left (signposted Cloyne Rd). Continue on for 5 km into Cloyne. On River St at cross roads STOP. Cross over straight ahead for Church St. Go 500 metres to a Y in the road. Take the right here. Kilboy Park is 100 metres up on the right hand side. See Google map for details.
City Wanderers, Killeady

Clonakilty AFC
Pitch 1 - Ballyvackey
Take the Dunmanway road out of Clonakilty and continue on / follow the road for about 1/2 a mile. New youth team pitches located on the right hand side of the road (look for clearing) after sharp left hand corner in Ballyvackey.

Pitch 2 - Inchydoney
Head into Clonakilty and go around the by-pass and head for Inchydoney. The Clonakilty GAA pitch is on your left as you head out the coast road. Follow the road until the end of the causeway and then you take a right at the signpost for Inchydoney Island. The entrance is a few hundred metres along the road on the left hand side, leading up to our pitch.

Coachford AFC, The Glebe 

Coming from Cork City side via Inniscarra and Dripsey drive into Coachford village and take second right by big chimney at Dairygold Co-op and carry on the same road for about 300 yards past National School and Secondary School until you see the grounds on your right.

Coachford / Killinardrish - Dam Road Pitch

From Cork, take the Coachford Road from Leemount Cross. When you get to Coachford go straight through the crossroads heading for Carrigadrohid. Go through Carrigadrohid for Macroom, pitch is on the left about 1/4 mile outside Carrigadrohid.

Cobh Ramblers 

Cobh Ramblers: If coming in the main Cork-Cobh road, pass the Cork Dockyard, the pass the Statoil garage and then take the Y left at the Quick-Pick shop. Carry on for approx three quarters of a mile and take the junction left. The St. Colman's Park pitch is on the right hand side at the next crossroads.

Cobh Ramblers Schoolboys: As above but carry on straight at the crossroads, leaving St. Colman's Park on your right. At the next crossroads go straight through and the Ballyleary pitch is within half a mile on your right hand side.
Cobh Town

Pass Cobh Ramblers schoolboys pitch (see Cobh Ramblers above), stay right at the next junction and pitches on your right. Alternate route is after the ferry (approx 3 miles before Cobh) take a left, under the bridge. Take the third right, after a mile or so. Road is narrow, pitch is on your left after about 100 yards.

Cobh Wanderers 

Take a left at Belvelly bridge, just after Fota, then a T junction right, T-junction left, Y junction right then a crossroads straight through. Just before the Esso garage (mile before Cobh) take a right (SP Old Church graveyard).

College Corinthians Corinthians Park - See Map for details.
1. From Cork City, take the South Link to Ringaskiddy. Exit at the first exit for the back Douglas Village. Take a right at the roundabout. Keep on this road, past The South County Pub, through a Pedestrian Crossing. Drive up the hill and through the lights, pass the garage at the bottom of the hill, and drive to the very top of the next hill which is Donnybrook Hill. At the top (last stop for no.7 bus) you will see a sign pointing to the right for Corinthians Park which is a 1/4 mile up this road.
2.  Go to the Touchdown roundabout on the Airport road. Take a left and head for Grange, passing The Touchdown Pub on the right. Pass Frankfield Church, The Grange Bar and keep going until you arrive at traffic lights where you must go either left or right. Take a right and go down the hill, past the garage and up Donnybrook Hill as above.
3.  From Cork City, go through Turners Cross heading for Douglas on The South Douglas Road. Keep straight all the way and follow the directions as in one above.
4. Take a left at the roundabout directly opposite the entrance to Cork Airport if you are approaching from Cork City, (right from Kinsale). Turn right and first left which will take you past Cork Harlequins Hockey Club. Keep on this narrow road for about two miles where you will find Corinthians Park on the left.
5. From East Cork, go through the tunnel and keep driving until you come to The Touchdown Roundabout. Take a left and head for Grange, passing The Touchdown Pub on the right. Pass Frankfield Church, The Grange Bar and keep going until you arrive at traffic lights where you must go either left or right. Take a right and go down the hill, past the garage and up Donnybrook Hill as above where you will see a sign for Corinthians Park.
6. From West Cork, approach the City on the new Link road. Pass Dunnes Stores Bishopscourt until you come to The Touchdown roundabout .Take the fourth turn at The Touchdown roundabout and follow instructions as in no.2 above.

Refinery Grounds, Crossbeg

Pass through Whitegate coming from Midleton, taking right hand fork in road, and pitch is about 1 mile beyond Village.

Crescent Athletic Monard

Get onto the new Mallow Road. Pass the new Blackpool Shopping Centre, continue past the Commons Inn. Take the left off the dual carriageway before the flyover. Go right at the top and take the next right across the flyover. Take a left at the Sunset Ridge Hotel and continue 400mtrs and it is on your left. See Map for further information.

Crofton Celtic Killeady
From Cork City: Take the main Cork to Bandon Road (N71) from Cork. After passing under the Viaduct continue until you reach a roundabout (Halfway Roundabout) where you turn right for Halfway. Immediately after the roundabout you cross a bridge and come to a T junction with an old concrete pillar box on the corner. Turn left (following the signpost for Crossbarry.) Just before you get into Killeady you will come to a 90 degree right bend over a bridge. Some of the stone wall is painted with yellow and black stripes. Just after this there is a right hand turn with Barrett's Bar on the corner. Directly opposite this there is an entrance to a gravel car park. On the back right corner of the car park there is a gate to the dressing rooms and pitches.
From Bandon: Take the main Bandon to Cork road (N71) from Bandon. Coming out of Innishannon (on the Cork side) there is a climbing / slow lane. Where this lane ends, outside Webb's caravans, turn left. Immediately after this turn the road forks. Take the right fork. Follow this road until you come to a T junction. Turn right and continue until you come to a narrow bridge with stone walls painted yellow and black. Immediately after this turn right into a gravel car park. On the back right corner of the car park there is a gate to the dressing rooms and pitches.
Crosshaven Athletic Camden

The directions for Crosshaven Athletic and Crosshaven FC football ground are.. on entering Crosshaven village there are 2 very big car parks, on opposite sides of the road. Once these you see them take the 2nd left turn at Cronin's Pub and follow the road all the way to the end where a steep right turn will lead you to Crosshaven G.A.A car park which is currently being used by Crosshaven A.F.C. From here the soccer pitch is easy to spot.

Dillons Cross Silverheights Park
Coming from east Cork : Having passed through lights on Silversprings Hill take second right turn and pitch is located on top of hill. From City: Having passed Our Lady Crowned Church in Mayfield take first left and pitch is on top of hill.
Douglas Hall Moneygourney
Go up Maryborough Hill towards Carrigaline, after passing Broad Dale Estate, turn left and about 3/4 mile over the Road turn right. Pitch on right just past Nursing Home.
Drinagh Rovers

Head for Drinagh if you come into Drinagh from the Clonakilty or Dunmanway side keep going through village past Drinagh Co-op and it is just on outskirts of village on Right hand side you can't miss it inside the gates you will find Canon Crowley Park.

Dripsey Celtic Ballyanly

From Leemount Cross, take the road to Kanturk. Keep going straight for a mile or two until you get to Blairs Inn. Turn left at Blairs and carry on up that road for 1/2 a mile or thereabouts. The pitch is on the right in Inniscarra GAA grounds.

Dunmanway Town

Come to Parkway Hotel in Dunmanway and go up the side road beside D OIL Company (opposite Parkway). Go up this road past the Doheny's GAA pitch on left and up the hill. Pass a garage on your right and down to bottom of hill. The pitch is on the left hand side of road (on a sharp right hand corner). The new pitch is located across the road from old one on the corner.

Durrus

Enter Durrus village and the pitch is is located in the centre of the village in the Community Field.

Evergreen  

The Farm - Located at the end of the Curraheen Road, Bishopstown. From Model Farm Rd, turn left down Melbourne Rd, past the IDA on your right and Bishopstown Community School on your left. Carry on straight to the lights at the very end of the road and turn right. Go straight all the way passing Centra on your right and a Church on your left. Keep going down the hill and the grounds are on your right before you get to the bridge.

Deer Park - Travel up Anglesea Street from the quays up past, City Hall, past the fire station up to the lights at Langford Row (with hospital on your left and Paddy the Farmers Pub on the opposite corner). Turn right out toward Turners Cross. Go up past Capwell bus station on your left up to the junction. Instead of turning left at the lights (to go to Turners Cross), instead go straight through. That will bring you up Patrick's Road. Carry on up the hill and you'll have the wall of Deer Park College on your right. The entrance to the school is at the end of this wall. The pitch is around to the right at the back of the school.

Everton Everton Park

From Cork City - Drive out the Kinsale Road until you get to the roundabout at the Airport gates. From this roundabout turn back towards Cork City. immediately after the round about take the side road to the left. Take the next left and follow the road (very narrow) for about half a mile and you will find Everton park on your left, next to Redmonds GAA ground

Glounthaune  Glenmore Park

Glenmore Park: Head out of Cork on the main Waterford road (N8). Go past the Silver Springs Hotel and on to the main roundabout. Take a left here (out towards Glanmire). About 1km up the road you'll come to a set of traffic lights. Take a right at the lights and head past the Barleycorn Pub on your right, then past Sarsfield's GAA club (again on your right). Keep going until you see Glendale Kennels on your right hand side. Just up from the kennels you'll come to a cross roads. Take a right at the cross roads and you'll see Glounthaune's Glenmore Park just up the road on your right hand side.

Grangevale Grangevale Park 

From Cork City drive out the main Kinsale road. Pass through Five Mile Bridge and take the next right (be careful as crossroads is between 2 corners). Follow this road for almost a mile. The pitch is in a field on the left hand side of the road - watch for cars parked on the side of the road.

The ESB Sportsco is located in Curraheen, Bishopstown. From the Model Farm Rd turn left at the county council offices. Keep going straight until you get to a T in the road. Turn right. Go past Centra and keep going straight, down the hill past Red FM & The Farm. Go over the bridge and past the Greyhound Stadium and the F.A.I. Grounds and the grounds are next on your right.

From the Wilton roundabout take the road to Bishopstown. Go past Extravision. When you get to a fork in the road, take the road between the Bishopstown bar and the TSB. Keep going straight, past Centra and follow directions as above.

Greenwood Coffey's Field

Coffey's Field: From Dennehy's Cross, drive up to the top of the hill where you'll come to a roundabout. On your right, you'll see Cork University Hospital (The Regional). Wilton Shopping Centre will be on the other side of the roundabout. Go through the roundabout )keeping the shopping centre on your right). Drive down the road and you'll come to Sarsfield Road Roundabout on the South Ring Road (N25). Go through the roundabout, past the driving centre and go to the T junction at the top of the road. Take a left at the T junction. You'll come to a mini roundabout. Go through that, past the Duchloyne Inn on you left. About 50 metres past the roundabout, you'll see the Greenwood pitch on your right hand side.

Hill Albion Skehanagh Park 
Take the Cork to Dublin N8 road and head towards the village of Watergrasshill, go beyond the village heading towards Fermoy about 1.5 miles outside the village. Hill Celtic Celtic Park
Hillington Hillington Park 

First of all the pitch is about 8 miles from Blackpool, and is kind of in the middle of nowhere. Go right through Blackpool and head for Dublin Hill. Go past Dublin Hill and keep going straight. When you pass the Black Man pub you must take the road to the right (you must veer off from the main road). Keep going straight on, until you come to a crossroads. There will be a big garage opposite you. You must turn left here. From here on, you will be heading into the countryside. Stay on the main road for the next few miles. You will pass True Temper factory on your left. Keep on the main road until you see a road going off to the right. This road just veers off again from the main road, you will recognise it as there is a telephone pole standing on the grass patch between the two roads (THIS IS ROUGHLY 4 MILES FROM THE CROSSROADS). Once you take this road, you carry on straight again for the next couple of miles. You do not come off the main road. You will enter a neighbourhood watch area, there will be a sign indicating this. You will see a large white house on your right. The pitch is just after this house(30-40 yards). There is a gate to the pitch, drive slowly after the house in case you miss this. To summarize, after you turn right at the crossroads, you will only come off the main road once. This is about 4 miles after the crossroads and you take the road to the right. You will know the road by the telephone pole (I'm pretty sure this is the only right hand side road you can take on the way, but I could be wrong). Its straight on all the way then.

Innishvilla Innishannon, Knocknacurra

Coming from Cork, go through Innishannon Village and across the bridge. Take an immediate left at the statue of the smithy (instead of continuing on the main road to Bandon). You are 3.3 kilometres from the pitch. After 1/2 mile take the first right turn and continue on till you come to a cross roads.  Don't take the sharp left; instead take the middle road which is more or less straight ahead. just up this road you'll meet another junction - go straight on and after a mile or so you'll meet the pitch on your left.

Kanturk United have moved from the Banteer Road to their new ground in Gurteenard Kanturk.

Directions: From Mallow take the Killarney Road (N72) turning right for Kanturk after 8 miles(R576) proceed 5 miles to 50km speed limit markers on the approach to the town. Do not enter the town but take the next sharp left after the signs. The ground is located 1/2 mile on the right side of the road.

Kenmare - Inter Kenmare

Approaching from Kilgarvan, travel down Henry Street until you reach the Square. Go straight over and  follow the road past the church and then the schools. Follow the road as it veers sharply to the left. Pass the Atlantic Lodge and Dromnevane Estate. Entrance to Inter Kenmare Park is next on your left.

If travelling from Sneem or the mountain road from Killarney come into the square and then turn left. Follow the road past the church and then the schools. Follow the road as it veers sharply to the left. Pass the Atlantic Lodge and Dromnevane Estate. Inter Kenmare Park is next on your left.

Killinardrish

From Cork, take the Coachford road from Leemount cross. When you get to Coachford go straight through the crossroads heading for Carrigadrohid. Go through Carrigadrohid for Macroom, pitch is on the left about 1/4 mile outside Carrigadrohid.

Killowen

To get to Killowen go into Blarney Village past the Blarney Park Hotel. At Blarney Boys' School, there is a road off to the right for Killowen. The pitches  are 2 miles out on the left hand side right next to a new GAA pitch.

Killumney

Travel west through Ballincollig for about 2 miles, pass John A. Woods (on right) and EMC (on left). Road goes downhill, at the end of the downhill slope, turn left at Ovens Bridge/Ovens Bar. Pitch is the last gate on left before Ovens' Church.

Kilreen Celtic Crossbarry & Ballyphehane Park

Ballyphehane Park

  • From Patrick Street Turn up Washington St. Take a left onto South Main Street pass Beamish and Crawford stay to the left go our the Southgate bridge. You will come to a Y in the road stay left and go up Evergreen Street. Again you will come to another Y in the road stay left this time heading up the hill. You will then come onto Friars Walk head straight out this road. you will come to a set of traffic lights at the cross roads of Deerpark go through this and straight on about half a mile you will come onto Ballyphehane Park. The entrance is on Tory Top Road so turn left at the Grotto and the entrance is 50 yards on your left. 

  • From East Cork using the link road go under the Jack Lynch tunnel head for the Airport roundabout. Take the Kinsale Road exit heading for Musgrave Park Rugby Ground. First you will have Woodies DIY , then CMP Dairies go through the traffic lights (when Green of course) Musgrave park is on your left and Turners Cross Motors on your Right. go about 200 yards and there is a AIB Bank on your left turn left here and go up Tory Top Road. You will come to a small round about go straight on and the entrance is about 50 yards on your right.

Kinsale Madden Park (Fort Hill)

At the Kinsale Road Roundabout, join the airport road from Cork heading towards Kinsale. Travel past the airport, through Riverstick and Belgooly. Just before Kinsale you'll come upon a left hand turn towards Charlesfort. You'll notice the turn because it has two rowing boat / flower beds on the grass verge on your left. There are a load of "touristy" brown sign posts directing you towards Charlesfort and Kinsale RFC (amongst other places). Take this left hand turn. Take the second right off this road (signposted to Charlesfort). The pitch is on your left just before you reach the fort. Basically, find Charlesfort (which is very well signposted) and you find the pitch.

Knocknaheeney Celtic Kilmore Road

From the Statue on Patrick Street turn left at the lights head towards the Opera House turn right over the Christy Ring Bridge. Turn left at the lights and go right up the hill on John Street heading towards the Shandon Court Hotel after the Shandon Court Hotel there is another set of lights with a Y in the road stay to the left. You then come to the North Cathedral go straight up Cathedral Road for about 1 mile. You then come to the Garda station / credit union you can only go right or left at the traffic island , stay to the right , pass the Orthopedic Hospital and about 200 yards on take your first left and then your first right. Nufarm's Pitch is on the right hand side. Pass on Nufarm's pitch go to the top of Knocknaheeney Avenue you come to a T Junction , turn left you will come to the reservoir on the right hand side of the road. Across the road from this is Foleys shop you turn left at Foleys shop down the hill there is two turnings off to your right take the furthest one and go through the terrace here you will then come to the end of this terrace turn right again and the pitch is in front of you.

Lakewood Athletic Ovens

From Cork, go through Ballincollig heading for Macroom/Killarney on the main road, passing Quish's Supervalu and a Maxol garage. Keep going straight on the main road for about 2 miles. The grounds are on the right opposite EMC and a few hundred yards after a Gala shop on your right.

Lee Rangers Crossbarry

Leeds, Leeds Park

From Blarney, drive in along the Mallow Road past Blackpool Shopping Centre. Follow the road round until you meet a T junction. Turn left at the T junction onto the North Ring Road. Drive along, up the hill, past the fire station on your left until you see Dunnes Stores of Ballyvolane on your left. Just past the entrance to Dunnes you'll come to a traffic - lighted, cross roads with Horgan's used car yard on your right and a sign to the left showing the R614 to Ballyhooley. Take the left. Drive along this road past the Fox and Hound pub on your right until you see a small park on your left. Take the left turn just before the small park and drive up the lane until you see Leeds Park on your left. See Map for details.

From Silversprings, take the North Ring Road,  pass Mayfield church on you right and the credit union on your left. Drive on past the right turn for Glanmire. Continue down the hill (park / waste land on right and houses up the hill on left) until you see the R614 for Ballyhooley on your right and Horgan's used car yard on the other corner. Take the R614 for Ballyhooley and continue past the Fox and Hound pub on your right until you see a small park on your left. Leeside Knockraha

Leeside Community Pitch - Little Island: Head out of Cork on the main Waterford road (N8). Go past the Silver Springs Hotel and on to the main roundabout. Turn right at the roundabout as though you were going toward the Jack Lynch Tunnel but turn left onto the Tunnel Management slip road. You'll come to roundabout. Take a right. Drive along this road. You'll go past the old Mitsui chemical factory and the Pfizer's factory and then, about a mile from the roundabout you'll see a stone monument on your left hand side. Just past the monument you'll see a big community centre on your left. The pitch is in the community centre.

Pigeon Hill, Knockraha: Next to Riverstown Pitches. Right hand turn before entering Knockraha Village past ESB Sub Station

Lyre Rovers

Drive to Clonakilty town. Do not take the bypass but drive through the main street past the church on your left hand side. After you pass the church take the second right hand turn onto the road towards Enniskeane. Stay on that road for about 6 miles till you see Lyre BAR which is where the pitch is situated.
Or
Take the main road to Clonakilty from Ballineen and the pitch is on your right hand side just before a pub called lyre bar. Take the the main road from Bandon to Ballineen and go by the instruction above you will have no problem in finding it.

Macroom F.C. Murray's Field & Town Park

As at 11/10/07:

Macroom AFC would like to tell all away team's and referees travelling to Macroom that the dressing rooms in Murrayfield are now available to use but with no car parking facilities available due to further work going on at the moment, away teams and referees who want to avail of the dressing rooms are advised to follow the signs for Dunnes and park in their car park, which is only a 30 second walk from Murrayfield, we apologise for the inconvenience caused by the ongoing work. Murray's Field: Before you get to the centre of the town turn right just after the Ford garage. Then turn left. Continue past the houses, do not go towards the car park. Take a left before another entrance to the car park. The gates are facing you at the end of the road - 50yds.

Town Park: Go through the town centre. Go down the hill passing the TSB on your right and the castle on your left. Go over the bridge. The entrance to the Town Park is opposite the Garda Station and pub just after you go over the bridge. The town park is on your left when you go over the bridge.

Mallow Celtic St Josephs Rd

From Cork City , when you come to the roundabout at the end of the main Cork Mallow road , turn right and go straight through Mallow town. You will come to the new pub the Gallery turn left here and go straight up the hill for about a mile. You will come to a cemetery and the pitch is across the road from this.

St Mary's Kilcully
From Blarney, head toward Cork along the new Mallow Road. Come off to the left just at North Point Business Park. Go through the roundabout, past the Yellow House clothing outlet. Take the right hand side of the Y junction up past the car dealership on your right hand side. Go under the railway bridge and take a left onto the Old Mallow Road. Keep heading out the road until you come a turn off up to Whitechurch on your right hand side. After a short distance take a right at the first cross roads. Go past Rathpeacon GAA club on your right and on to the next small cross roads. Go through these cross roads and you'll see the entrance to St Mary's Park about a quarter of mile down the road on your right hand side, directly opposite the gates into Kilcully Cemetery. From Cork City, head out the Old Mallow Road from Blackpool. Go past Leisure Point on your left and Academy crests on your right. Head out the road and under the railway bridge. Keep heading out the road until you come a turn off up to Whitechurch on your right hand side. After a short distance take a right at the first cross roads. Go past Rathpeacon GAA club on your right and on to the next small cross roads. Mayfield Utd Mayfield Utd Park.

From North side of City: On the North ring road carry on until you pass Mayfield Shopping Centre on your left, Our Lady Crowned Church again on your left. Take the first left after the church opposite the Credit Union and carry on up to the top of the hill. At the top of the hill, you can turn right (down the side of a GAA pitch), or drive on into a small council estate. Just at the entrance to the estate, you'll see two large rusty old gates on your left. Go through the gates and drive along this driveway for about 200m until you come to the car park and dressing rooms. See Map for details.

From Southside of City; Go up Silversprings Hill on the North Ring Road. Carry along the ring Road until you see Our Lady Crowned Church on your right. Just before the church, opposite the Credit Union, take a right (3rd right since The Silversprings). Drive on up the hill. At the top of the hill, you can turn right (down the side of a GAA pitch), or drive on into a small council estate. Just at the entrance to the estate, you'll see two large rusty old gates on your left. Go through the gates and drive along this driveway for about 200m until you come to the car park and dressing rooms. See Map for details.

Maymount Celtic Killowen

To get to Killowen go into Blarney Village past the Blarney Park Hotel. At Blarney Boys' School, there is a road off to the right for Killowen. The pitches  are 2 miles out on the left hand side right next to a new GAA pitch. See Map for details.

When coming from Cork City, take first turn into Midleton. When you see the Topaz station on your right, take the left turn. Keep going 80-100 metres and look out for the signpost on your right, pointing to the entrance on your left. 51°54'57.78"N 8°11'11.78"W (The entrance can be a bit concealed so go slowly). Millstreet Town Park

Coming from the south side of cork city, you take the Killarney road, through Ballincollig, as far as Macroom. go through Macroom, and as soon as you leave the town you will see a sign for Millstreet to the right. take this turn and this will take you into Millstreet. turn left in Millstreet, following the killarney sign, until you come to the church on the left. opposite the church you will see the car park for the town park. travel time - approx 1 hour.

Coming from the north side of the city, take the main mallow road. turn left at the roundabout in mallow following the killarney sign. after approx 10 miles you will see the sign for Millstreet on the left, opposite the sandpit pub. take this turn into Millstreet (approx 5 miles). go through Millstreet until you see the church on the left. opposite the church you will see the car park for the town park. travel time - approx 1 hour.

Nufarm Athletic Nufarm Park

From the Statue on Patrick Street turn left at the lights head towards the Opera House turn right over the Christy Ring Bridge. Turn left at the lights and go right up the hill on John Street heading towards the Shandon Court Hotel after the Shandon Court Hotel there is another set of lights with a Y in the road stay to the left. You then come to the North Cathedral go straight up Cathedral Road for about 1 mile. You then come to the Garda station / credit union you can only go right or left at the traffic island , stay to the right , pass the Orthopaedic Hospital and about 200 yards on take your first left and then your first right. Nufarm's Pitch is on the right hand side.

Park United Brigown

On driving into Mitchelstown, from Cork you will pass two petrol stations on your left. The second of these is a Shell station. Across the road from this Shell station turn right. Now you drive over a small hill and as you come down the other side there is a graveyard on your right. Turn right immediately after the graveyard. Drive on for 200 yards and you can't miss the Park United grounds on your right.

Pfizer Park

Follow the sign for Ringaskiddy Ferryport and about 1/2 a mile past Shanbally turn left into Pfizer's Sports Complex.

Passage Rockenham Park
Pitch is on your left before you get to the town coming from Douglas.
Rathcoole Rovers Cooney Park

On the Mallow - Killarney road take the first turn off (left) for Millstreet. (The Sandpit House Pub is on the junction). Follow the road for 300m and take the left turn towards Rathcoole Village at O'Sullivans garage. Keep going straight for 2 miles, past the GAA pitch on your left and turn right just before the railway track. The pitch is on a further 200m on the right.

Richmond FC Waterfall

Waterfall Pitch: Take the South Link/ Ballincollig Bypass northbound. Take the exit signposted for Ballincollig East/ Blarney. At the roundabout, turn left, signposted for Curraheen. At the T-junction, turn right. After approx 1 mile, turn left at the staggered crossroads. After approx 2.5 miles the road ends in another staggered crossroads, turn right. At the top of the hill, there is a Y-junction. Take the left & the pitch is 1 mile on your right. PLEASE DO NOT PARK THE CITY SIDE OF THE ENTRANCE AS IT IS A HAZARD TO LOCAL TRAFFIC.

From Cork City - Leave town heading for the Cork University Hospital (The Regional). Come to the Bishopstown bar keep left and take the road right for Waterfall. When you come to O'Shea's pub in Waterfall turn right and go under the bridge. About 3 miles out the road you will come to a Y in the road stay left the pitch is about 3/4 of a mile out the road on the right hand side.

From Blarney - Drive through Ballincollig Main Street, Take a left at the second set of traffic lights, (you will drive past the old church on left), at the top of the road is a T junction, go right. Take the next left at the top of this road is a crossroad - yield and drive straight over, drive to the next crossroad, yield and go right, you will come to a Y in the road, stay left and the pitch is about 3/4 of a mile out the road on the right hand side.

Ringmahon Boys - Ringmahon

On the ring road heading East take the Mahon exit. Turn left at the junction at the top of the slip road. Carry on until you reach a set of traffic lights. Turn right at the lights. Drive on down past St Michaels Cemetery. You will reach a T junction. Take a left and the pitch is just there on your right.

Ringmahon Rangers Rangers Park

Coming from Regional Hospital Wilton, go down Sarsfield Road onto the link road. Go through the airport roundabout. head for Douglas. Ignore the 2 exits for Douglas head towards the Lee Tunnel. Before you come to the tunnel take the exit for Mahon. Take a left at the T junction at the top of the slip road and drive past the factories, (Sifco, Macom, etc ). You'll come to a T Junction where you turn right. Go about 500 yards past the cemetery, to the end of this road. Turn left and the pitch is on the right.

Riverside

Come into Ballineen and head for Dessie's Bar which is on right hand side if coming from bandon direction heading for Dunmanway and Pitch is behind Dessie's Bar.Entry to Pitch is through gate on left of Pub.

Riverstown AFC 
Brooklodge: Head out of Cork on the main Waterford road (N8). Go past the Silver Springs Hotel and on to the main roundabout. Take a left here (out towards Glanmire). About 1km up the road you'll come to a set of traffic lights. Take a right at the lights and head past the old Barleycorn Pub on your right, then past Sarsfield's GAA club (again on your right). You'll come to a Y in the road. Take the left hand fork. You'll come to a roundabout. Take the first exit. You'll see Glanmire Community College on your left. Park in there. Cross the road and take the path along the tree line (to the left side of Brooklodge housing estate). Walk along the path for about 200 meters and Riverstown's Brooklodge facility will open out in front of you. There are a couple of containers there for dressing rooms.
Eastcliffe: Riverstown FC have a new pitch at Eastcliffe, Glanmire, Cork. Coming from Dunkettle roundabout, head for Glanmire village. Pass the Texaco garage on the right and take the next right over a stone bridge. Take an immediate left. Pitch is 300 metres on left side of the road.
Knockraha: Head out of Cork on the main Waterford road (N8). Go past the Silver Springs Hotel and on to the main roundabout. Take a left here (out towards Glanmire). About 1km up the road you'll come to a set of traffic lights. Take a right at the lights and head past the old Barleycorn Pub on your right, then past Sarsfield's GAA club (again on your right). You'll come to a Y in the road. Take the right hand fork. You'll come to a T junction with the main road. Turn right onto the main road. Follow this road for about 1km under a flyover. Take the first left, signposted for Knockraha (opposite O'Connell Warehousing). The pitch is 3.2 miles from here. Take the left turn opposite O'Connells. Drive on for 2.2 miles, past Riverstown's old pitch (on you right) until you come to a fork in the road with a 2 - story farm house on the fork. Take the right hand fork (there's a sign post there pointing you towards Riverstown FC). Travel one mile past the Y junction, past the ESB pylons / sub - station and you'll come upon Riverstown's pitch on your right hand side. Its a small entrance with 2 pitches inside.
Pigeon Hill: (As per Riverstown's Brooklodge) head out of Cork on the main Waterford road (N8). Go past the Silver Springs Hotel and on to the main roundabout. Take a left here (out towards Glanmire). About 1km up the road you'll come to a set of traffic lights. Take a right at the lights and head past the old Barleycorn Pub on your right, then past Sarsfield's GAA club (again on your right). You'll come to a Y in the road. Take the right hand fork. You'll come to a T junction with the main road. Turn right onto the main road. Follow this road for about 1km under a flyover. Take the first left, signposted for Knockraha (opposite O'Connell Warehousing). About 300 metres up this road you will see Brooklodge (Riverstown's training pitches, on your right hand side). Continue on towards Knockraha from Brooklodge ground for 2.2 miles (3.5 km). At this point there are two roads to the right. Take the second, (Riverstown FC sign on front wall of house). Continue for 1.1 miles (1.7km). Two pitches on right side of road. Riverstown FC is the second one.
Rockmount AFC Rockmount Park, Whitechurch

From McDonald's on the Commons Road. As you come to Mc Donald's on the Commons Road turn up right go to the top of this hill and turn left onto the old Mallow Road follow this road for 1.5 miles over the bridge and you will then come for the turning for Whitechurch on the right take this road straight out for around 4 miles you will then come to a garage on your left as you past this take a right heading for the church the pitch is about 100 yards past the church. Rylane Celtic

From Cork City (North):

Head for Blarney, drive through Tower village to Cloghroe church. Set your odometer to 0 at this point. Follow the R579 road to Kanturk. Pass the Weighside Inn on the left (1.7 km). Pass Blair’s Inn on the left (2.2 km). Pass the old Fountain Bar on the right (3.7 km). Pass Dan Donovan’s Co-op and Amber fuel pumps on the left (6.2 km). Pass O’ Regan’s bar on the Left (9.7 km). At the next cross roads turn left signposted Rylane (11.1 km). At the next cross roads go straight ahead (12.2 km). Pass over a narrow bridge (13.7 km). At the next “T” junction go straight ahead entering Rylane. (17.2 km). Pass the Anvil Pub on the right and continue straight ahead. (18.2 km). Turn left at the next turn off. (18.8 km). Pitch is on the right after 100 meters. (18.9 km).

From Cork City (South)

Head for The Anglers Rest. At Leemount Cross take the R579 to Kanturk passing the filling station on your left. At Cloghroe church set your odometer to 0. Continue to follow the R579 road to Kanturk. Pass the Weighside Inn on the left (1.7 km). Pass Blair’s Inn on the left (2.2 km). Pass the old Fountain Bar on the right (3.7 km). Skibereen

Skibbereen F.C. Soccer Pitches are located on the Baltimore Road Skibbereen. Approaching Skibbereen from Clonakilty head through the town to the roundabout - through the roundabout and head for Baltimore, passing Leonard Motors on the left hand side at the roundabout. The pitches are on the right hand side of the road approx. 3/4 of a mile from the roundabout.

Springfield AFC Pat O'Brien Park

Cross over the bridge after Fota, going towards Cobh. Take a left past the round tower, past the old ruined castle. Approximately 1.5 miles from the ruined castle, there is a turn up to your right. (The turn is at the bottom of a hill and is before both the right turn for Cobh Ramblers grounds and before the garage on your left). Take the right hand turn and travel along for .5 of a mile, past the ESB sub - station on your left until you come to 2 small cottages on your left. Just past the cottages, take the small laneway up to your left. Pat O'Brien Park is about 200 meters up the lane on your right hand side.  Alternate route is after the ferry (approx 3 miles before Cobh) take a left, under the bridge. Take the third right, after a mile or so up a narrow lane. Pitch is on your right after about 200 metres.

Strand United Ballyanly

JUNIOR TEAM ONLY
From Leemount Cross, take the road to Kanturk. Keep going straight for a mile or two until you get to the Blair's Inn pub. Turn left at Blair's and carry on up that road for 1/2 a mile or thereabouts. The pitch is on the right in Inniscarra GAA grounds.

Temple United Temple Park

Temple Park is situated on the north side of the city. Make your way to the Eircom Telephone Exchange (the big tower) via Fair Hill, turn left when you are in front of the building, take your next right, your next sharp right, (at Harrington's Cake Factory) through the security gate and follow the road till it ends.  See Map for further information.

Togher Celtic

Come to the square in Dunmanway and go up to the Arch Bar and turn left up Castle Street heading for Kealkill. Go up to the end of this street and turn left which is the Castledonovan road carry on this road for about a half a mile passing Murray's Tarmacadam on the left and you come up to the Race field on the right which is where the 2 pitches are situated.

Tower Street Athletic Killeady

From Cork City: Take the main Cork to Bandon Road (N71) from Cork. After passing under the Viaduct continue until you reach a roundabout (Halfway Roundabout) where you turn right for Halfway. Immediately after the roundabout you cross a bridge and come to a T junction with an old concrete pillar box on the corner. Turn left (following the signpost for Crossbarry.) Just before you get into Killeady you will come to a 90 degree right bend over a bridge. Some of the stone wall is painted with yellow and black stripes. Just after this there is a right hand turn with Barrett's Bar on the corner. Directly opposite this there is an entrance to a gravel car park. On the back right corner of the car park there is a gate to the dressing rooms and pitches.

From Bandon: Take the main Bandon to Cork road (N71) from Bandon. Coming out of Innishannon (on the Cork side) there is a climbing / slow lane. Where this lane ends, outside Webb's caravans, turn left. Immediately after this turn the road forks. Take the right fork. Follow this road until you come to a T junction. Turn right and continue until you come to a narrow bridge with stone walls painted yellow and black. Immediately after this turn right into a gravel car park. On the back right corner of the car park there is a gate to the dressing rooms and pitches.

Tramore Athletic Tramore Park
From the Kinsale Road roundabout, head towards the Jack Lynch Tunnel. Take the Douglas exit. Travel along that road until you get to the first exit on your left, take it. At the end of this road take the first left into a housing estate. Grounds are straight in front of you.
UCC AFC

The Mardyke can be accessed from Wellington Bridge by travelling out The Western Road, turning right at the Old Greyhound Track, past the Church on your left, and just before the bridge, you'll see the Mardyke on you right hand side.. You can also park on the Mardyke and access the ground via the pedestrian gates. Onsite parking is restricted to members of the Sports Arena.

The Farm: Located at the end of the Curraheen Road, Bishopstown. From Model Farm Rd, turn left down Melbourne Rd, past the IDA on your right and Bishopstown Community School on your left. Carry on straight to the lights at the very end of the road and turn right. Go straight all the way passing Centra on your right and a Church on your left. Keep going down the hill and the grounds are on your right before you get to the bridge.

Watergrasshill Utd

If approaching from Cork direction (Jack Lynch Tunnel), take the exit for Watergrasshill. G all the way through the village where the road will join up with the old Rathcormac Road and the pitch is on your right hand side after < 1 mile. DO NOT GO THROUGH THE TOLLS.


If approaching from the Fermoy direction, you can either go through the toll and exit at Watergrasshill. Turn right on entering the village and head for Rathcormac. Alternatively, you could come off the bypass at Rathcormac and head for Watergrasshill on the old N8 and the pitch can be found on your left as you approach Watergrasshil

Waterloo Grenagh

The pitch is in Grenagh Village in the Community Centre. Directions are as follows - drive out the main Mallow Road from cork for about eight miles until you come to Rathduff. Turn up to your left across from Stags head pub. Keep driving up for a mile and a half till you come to Grenagh. Turn right at tee junction and the pitch is 100 yards on the left.

Wembley AFC Smurfit Park

Take the first slip road off the South Link (on the left after the Kinsale Rd roundabout). You will come to a roundabout and take the third exit which brings you into an industrial estate the pitch is at the bottom of the estate on the left.

Wilton Utd FC Lee Road, Farranlea Rd & F.A.I. Grounds, Bishopstown.

Lee Road Pitches: From Blarney, head towards Tower. Turn left at Auntie's pub and drive past hockey pitch on right, past Indian Restaurant in Kerry Pike and on into Kerry Pike Village. Drive past the national school on your right, and take the right turn directly opposite the memorial (on your left). Drive along that road for about a half mile till you reach a T junction. Take a right at the junction and travel down the hill till you reach another T junction which is on the Lee Road. Take the left onto the Lee Road. Drive down past the entrance to the Bons Secours Care Centre (used to be called Mount Desert). About a third of a mile past the Bons Secours entrance you'll see the Wilton pitch on your right hand side.

If coming from Cork, head out Western Road. Turn right at the AIB bank (which is on your right). There's a new UCC building directly opposite the bank. Go towards Wellington Bridge and take a left at the T junction. Head out the Lee Road passing the Waterworks on you left. About 1 to 1.5 miles Wilton’s pitch is on your left on the Banks of the Lee. Farranlea Rd: From Dennehys Cross, head towards Victoria Cross turn left after 100yds (opposite the showroom and just before the turning right.) The pitch is on the left after 50yds.

FAI Grounds: From Model Farm Rd, turn left down Melbourne Rd, past the IDA on your right and Bishopstown Community School on your left. Carry on straight to the lights at the very end of the road and turn right. Go straight all the way passing Centra on your right and a Church on your left. Keep going down the hill, go over the bridge and the grounds are on your right down the same turning as the Greyhound Stadium.

Youghal United Ardrath Park

As you get to Youghal turn left immediately beyond Farrell's Pub and right after 200 meters. Follow road to cross road. Turn left at the hospital and the pitch is on right after 100m, across from St Raphael’s Hospital
